Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your reservation must be notified to us in writing to info@adelaiderivertours.com.au

For cancellation outside of 14 days the deposit will be refunded in full.

For cancellation within 14 days of booked date the deposit will be forfeited.

For cancellation within 7 days of booked date all monies will be forfeited.

If Adelaide River Tours needs to cancel a trip at any time due to weather or other safety reasons, then a full refund of monies paid will be given.
